The Center Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is an intensive training program for Center Managers, Assistant Managers, and Center Quality Managers who complete six weeks of interactive classroom training and seventeen weeks of hands-on, field training overseen by designated trainers. Our center managers, center quality managers, operations supervisors and training coordinators have been a part of the Grifols team for an average of more than five years.
