This position will support IBBI Region 2, and will be remote based with travel.

Region 2 centers are located in: Milwaukee(2), Kenosha, WI., Elgin, IL., Muskegon, MI.

POSITION: Regional Manager

REPORTS TO: Vice Director of Operations

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the operations of one or more collection centers or processing center, including

assuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Oversees the operations of site(s) for which responsible.

  2. Staffs each site with a Manager and provides adequate training to perform his/her responsibilities.

  3. Performs Competency Evaluations of Center Managers.

  4. Staffs each site with Quality Assurance Coordinators and assists in providing adequate training to perform

his/her responsibilities.

  1. Participates in the panel evaluation for QAC personnel at their sites.

  2. Assists Manager(s) and QAC(s) with any problems that may arise, both operational and/or donor related.

  3. Advises site(s) on personnel issues.

  4. Advises center(s) on methods of maintaining/increasing productivity, including assistance on programs for

donor recruitment.

  1. Assists site(s) in meeting customer requirements.

  2. Directs the site(s) in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and with IBBI policies

and monitors for on-going compliance.

  1. Keeps appropriate Corporate Office staff informed on status of site(s) under his/her responsibility.

  2. Oversees any construction / remodeling / relocation activities.

  3. May host Regulatory or Customer audits as assigned.

  4. Assists Manager with responses to internal and external audit observations, taking audit to closure.

  5. Performs other duties as required/assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma, or equivalent, required.

Education and/or experience or a combination thereof as follows preferred: BS in business

administration or the biological sciences; some college level course work in business, accounting or medical

field; a minimum of two years supervisory experience; two years experience as a Center Manager; experience

working with the community/public.
