Biomat USA, Inc. Donor Base Intelligence Manager in RTP, North Carolina

This is a remote based position with up to 25% travel.

Summary:

As a donor base intelligence manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the interaction of our donor base with our digital tools, such as our website, donor app, social media profiles, CRM and donor care system. You will provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize each platform and influence donation behavior. You will also collaborate with other teams to design and implement effective digital campaigns and strategies to grow our donor base and increase engagement and retention.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on the performance and trends of our digital tools and platforms, using various metrics and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, CRM data, etc.

  • Identify and segment our donor base according to their digital behavior, preferences, needs and motivations, and create donor personas and profiles.

  • Develop test protocols &paths to optimize the user experience and conversion rates of our digital platforms, such as CRM journeys landing pages, forms, emails, etc.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our digital platforms and campaigns, and align them with our organizational goals and donor journey.

  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, communications, fundraising, IT, etc., to design and implement data-driven and donor-centric digital strategies and campaigns.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and optimization, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact and ROI of our digital initiatives and campaigns, and communicate the results and learnings to relevant stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Field Intelligence - This role must be highly familiar with the scope and responsibilities of plasma center operations and be able to understand, analyze, summarize, decipher, interpret and make recommendations based on monthly field qualitative input and DMS data. Additionally, intelligence on internal environment (donor patterns, segmentation and messaging, intentional movement through the donor journey to become Grifols family).

  • Donor Demographics Intelligence - Build and update current donor demographics information to support recruitment, retention, and customer service, continue to research new demographics to explore and possible donor segments.

  • Up to 25% travel required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Requires a high degree of skill and knowledge in managing and interpreting large databases as well as extrapolating future scenarios based on the data.

  • Must be able to interpret operational and performance data and bring strong recommendations to the team on trends and adjustments that should be made.

  • Incumbent must be able to synthesize field data for the management team and to communicate appropriate market information to the field.

  • An ability to form strong relationships with the field to develop data and build consensus is required.

  • Requires excellent communication, presentation and project management skills to follow leads and gain input on business development opportunities as well as evaluate competitive intelligence in order to make recommendations to the brand and leadership teams.

  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI, or R.

Education:

  • Requires A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field. A master's degree or a certification in competitive intelligence is a plus.

  • At least 5 years of experience in competitive intelligence, data analytics, or business analysis, preferably in the franchise management, retail or healthcare sector.

  • Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements. Example: If a job level requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience, an equivalency could include 8 years of experience, an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience.

Pay scale of $101,539.25 - $152,309.45 per year for California and Washington, $88,295.00 - $132,443.00 for Colorado, Maryland, and New York, depending on training, education and experience. This position is eligible to participate in up to 8% of the company bonus pool. We offer benefits including medical, PTO, up to 5% 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.
